Summer Social Media Detox - by Camille Saunders
Summer is a great time to do a social media detox, in any way you want! Either by deleting all your accounts permanently (like I did!), or by reducing your daily hours, or by only using it at weekends, you can do yourself a lot of good.
Social media, sadly, can be a complicated place for women and for feminists, particularly in the summer thanks to the obsession over 'beach bodies' and the like. Furthermore, the number of young people will social media addictions only ever increases.
However, when you first unplug, it can feel long! That's why I've put together some prompts to do instead: there's a mixture of different interests, but largely they shouldn't take up too much time, so it should work even if you're busy.
I'll be doing them along with you! Hopefully it will help someone out there :)
